Staking verdict: Questionable
Right now there is no participating in Helium's staking pool because of the moving of the ecosystem to different blockhain. Any other "staking" or deposit on CEX with fixed yield is questionable. However, we are not talking about other pledge or liquidity instruments that involves HNT. It will have a separate ruling.
